The 50 m² terrace is an outdoor living room, featuring a full exterior kitchen, Gandia Blasco furnishings, bronze sculptures by Belgian artist MaRf, tropical landscaping, and a HeatSail lighting & heating lamp, allowing year-round enjoyment of sunsets over the Tejo river and the Marina.
